Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, festive sales, product launches, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch, subject to service availability in your location.

International Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Booking Orders

Products marked as "Pre-Booking" or "Made to Order" may require additional processing time. The estimated dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the respective product page.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-booking products, the complete order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Kaavyam may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier partner.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including contact number and PIN code.

Kaavyam shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Kaavyam is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

Failed Delivery Attempts & RTO

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier communication

the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch of the order.
