Exchange and Return Policy 

At Kaavyam, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our updated exchange and return policy:

3-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, meaning customers have 3 days after receiving their item to request an exchange. Returns are not accepted; only exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are allowed.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition that it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or incorrect products.

Initiating an Exchange

To start an exchange, contact us at info@kaavyam.in. If the request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. An unboxing video must be included to help evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Exchanges are not available for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for damaged products. We will notify customers once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let them know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please contact us at info@kaavyam.in.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item. Note that color may vary slightly from the photographic representation.
  • Exchanges are not offered for size issues. For example, if a customer orders size L (36 inches bust and 30 inches waist) from us, the size can be adjusted locally by a tailor (from 36 inches to 38 inches bust and 30 inches to 32 inches waist).
  • For cases other than damage issues, Kaavyam allows exchanges for certain products. In such instances, customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with both the return and the re-shipping of the exchanged item.
