Exchange & Return Policy
At Kaavyam, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. As we deal in handcrafted, handwoven, and premium apparel products, we maintain a strict Exchange & Return Policy.
Exchange Window
Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.
Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchanges are only available if:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is defective.

The wrong product has been delivered.
To process an exchange request, customers must provide:

Order number or proof of purchase.

Clear photos of the issue.

A complete unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully displayed.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.
-
Be free from stains, perfumes, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Personal dislike of color, design, fabric, or texture.

Slight color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Minor weaving irregularities, thread variations, print placement differences, or handcrafted characteristics.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, or gift card purchases.

Incorrect address or delivery information provided by the customer.
Exchange Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Kaavyam, exchange shipping charges will be borne by Kaavyam.

For any approved exchange requests outside of Kaavyam's error, customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Kaavyam does not offer returns for refunds.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where:

A replacement product is unavailable.

The exchanged item cannot be provided.
-
Kaavyam is unable to fulfil the exchange request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Quality Disclaimer
Many Kaavyam products feature handcrafted, handwoven, printed, or artisanal elements. Slight variations in weave, texture, print placement, zari work, thread detailing, and color tone are natural characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.
